Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to handle large volumes of information with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper records.
- Assist with data cleanup and quality control measures.
- Retrieve and compile data as needed for reports and presentations.
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
