Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design user-friendly interfaces and engaging digital experiences. Your work will directly contribute to building products that are both aesthetically appealing and highly functional.

Job Responsibilities:

User-Centered Design:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.

UI Design & Branding:

• Develop and maintain UI style guides to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
• Work on branding elements to enhance the company’s digital identity.

User Research & Testing:

• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and refine designs based on user needs.
• Perform usability testing and iterate on designs to improve user experience.

Collaboration & Implementation:

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Coordinate with product teams to align design solutions with business goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus, but not required).
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Skills:

• UI/UX design for web and mobile
• Wireframing, prototyping, and user flows
• Design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
• User research and usability testing
• Understanding of accessibility and design systems
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (a plus)
