Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Provide product recommendations, order assistance, and troubleshooting support.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with order processing and follow up on delivery status.
