What you’ll do:

As the Product Manager for our Investments team, you will partner closely with our Engineering, Portfolio Management & Investment Operations teams to build new investment product features, identify opportunities to expand Ethic’s investment capabilities, automate internal workflow processes and vendor connections, and pinpoint areas for improvement as we scale our business.

More specifically you will:

  • Help define the roadmap for our growing wealth management business
  • Deeply understand Ethic’s business and client goals to identify areas for improvement and new product development
  • Play a hands-on role in the design process of our investment tools, with an emphasis on high quality user experience
  • Partner with our portfolio management and investment operations teams to identify internal team needs for product enhancements across data, research, portfolio optimization, and trading.
  • Manage workflow, set priorities, and ensure product development timelines are met
  • Triage product requests from various teams and collaborate cross-functionally to solution complex product and system problems and anticipate second and third order impacts
  • Effectively communicate product priorities and timelines back to the broader Ethic team

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 7+ years of product development experience, ideally owning on a trading or investment management technology product
  • Strong knowledge of equity investments, portfolio management, financial planning and sustainable investing
  • Experienced in leading and working with an interdisciplinary team to develop, deliver and maintain technical and operational solutions
  • A demonstrated ability to manage timelines and coordinating key stakeholders
  • Experienced in developing technology products (perhaps your own) in a fast-paced, and product-centric environment
  • Proficiency with design tools, with a passion for great UX

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation at Ethic is a combination of base salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits.

The base salary for this role will range from $140,000- $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
