About the Role

Our client is seeking a customer-focused associate marketer to join its Marketing team as a Marketing Campaign Specialist. Reporting to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, the individual will support various teams in delivering email campaigns that nurture customers and leads, stimulate product usage and adoption, and drive platform subscriptions.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in executing email marketing campaigns. An organized, eager individual who is data-driven and enjoys working collaboratively with others is preferred.

What You’ll Do

– Collaborate closely with the Marketing and other teams to create end-to-end email campaigns that drive subscriptions, retention, and product usage.

This includes:

– Identifying and filtering the appropriate segments in the CRM.

– Writing and optimizing email copy tailored to specific target audiences and buyer personas.

– Building emails within HubSpot while adhering to best practices and consistently applying brand guidelines.

– Setting up, managing, analyzing, and reporting on AB/adaptive tests.

– Analyzing email and campaign results while optimizing where feasible. Comfort with reporting on this is important.

– Managing the communications calendar.

– Contributing to the maintenance of clean and up-to-date CRM data.

– Building dashboards and reports for various reporting purposes.

– Ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied across multiple campaigns.

Ideal Qualifications

– 2+ years of experience in email marketing, including writing, building, and sending emails using a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.

– Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

– Excellent organizational and planning skills.

– Experience using HubSpot is required.

– B2B SAAS marketing experience is a plus.

– A demonstrated professional or personal interest in sustainability and impact is strongly preferred.

What the Company Offers

– Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance through multiple PPO options, covering 90% of employee premium and 60% of spouse/dependent premium.

– Company-sponsored 401k with up to 4% matching.

– Incentive Stock Options.

– 100% Parental Paid Leave.

– Unlimited PTO.

– 12 company holidays.

Benefits and Perks

– Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. Employees receive healthcare, retirement matching, and equity options.

– Use the office stipend for necessary supplies — combat Zoom fatigue with no-meeting Fridays.

– Flexible time off. Team members are encouraged to take the time they need to recharge, with a culture that promotes exploration and rest.
