About Our Client
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Sales Leadership team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and multitasking skills. The Executive Assistant will act as a key liaison, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications.
You will:
- Handle some domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Create, submit, and monitor expense reports as needed.
- Provide confidential executive-level management support for the Sales Leadership Team.
- Primarily manage calendar scheduling, including meetings, teleconferences, quarterly leadership meetings, and ad hoc events. Set agendas, ensure all attendees are committed and that relevant materials are prepared for these meetings.
- Build and refine executive presentation content to a high standard according to company templates and guidelines.
You have:
- Experience in a high-energy, dynamic environment; agile and able to adjust to fast-changing priorities.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to get things done.
- Minimum of 6+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant. Ideally supporting multiple executives.
- Extensive experience with multiple, complex calendars and understanding and managing dependencies between meetings, executives, etc.
- Experience booking travel.
- Accessibility and flexibility in supporting Executives outside of core business hours when needed.
Salary Range
The salary range for this role will be between $97,000 to $125,000.
