About The Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Growth Officer. This remote role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations by managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, handling travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and facilitating communication across teams. Additionally, the position involves attending key meetings, taking notes, and driving follow-ups to keep the organization running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Protect schedules from low-priority interruptions and intervene when necessary.
  • Process incoming emails and respond when appropriate.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, track action items, and follow up on assignments.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, setting agendas and preparing content.
  • Oversee travel arrangements and process expense reports.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as needed.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across divisional leaders.
  • Manage various projects, collaborating with teams and stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel for business events, both domestically and internationally.

Compensation:

$80,000 – $100,000 per year.
