A Snapshot of Your Day:

This position is responsible for developing and overseeing paid media and performance marketing activities for s.com across different customer segments. This role will be critical in supporting Samsung’s D2C eCommerce strategy and overall D2C growth across MENA, by delivering highly targeted and efficient mid- and lower funnel campaigns that deliver consistent conversion rate improvement. The role is a critical function that will work directly with corporate marketing, product, D2C and sales teams and relevant agencies/vendors. You will be the internal evangelist to successfully deliver campaigns, budget plans and strategies that resonate with our D2C growth ambition while lobbying support of internal stakeholders for paid media initiatives.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Develop and manage paid media/ performance marketing campaigns across all major platforms
  • Lead the MENA paid media and performance marketing strategy for D2C digital channels
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to both digital marketing team member & agency, driving exceptional results and achieving business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define marketing objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics for all digital initiatives & report plan and results regularly.
  • Work with sales, product and D2C teams to plan paid media strategy and execution
  • Identify opportunities to increase ROI across mid and lower funnel
  • Design retargeting programs and initiatives to drive loyalty and retention and general conversion
  • Establish strong relationship with agency partners, subsidiary teams and vendors
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, creative assets, and targeting strategies to improve conversion
  • Influence key stakeholders across the organization to drive business objectives
  • Analyze web data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify key performance indicators
  • Responding to ad-hoc requests from MENA & Suwon Office & effective communication with local stakeholders

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor Degree with 12 years of eCommerce/ Paid Media experience /10 years with Master degree
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximum performance
  • Comfortable interpreting sales and web traffic data and deriving actionable insights
  • Data visualization — Capable of assessing, analyzing, and presenting data, trends, and sales potential/challenges to different audiences including senior leadership
  • Experience in MENA with strong relationships with key vendors and agencies
  • Capable of analyzing promotional effectiveness & impact on sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Internally and Externally)
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is a plus
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
