MrMed is looking for a Customer Sales and Support Executive to assist its customers with order support over telephone/ chat channels. As a Customer Sales and services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for order tracking and all sales support to customers on chat and call platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand benefits and usage.
- Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Identify and target potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Conduct outreach via phone, WhatsApp, and email to keep customers updated regarding their order status.
- Educate customers about new products and promotions.
- Assist customers with the order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Escalate issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management.
- Provide follow-up support to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of their needs and effective resolution of their concerns.
- Demonstrate a temperament for handling customers with care and clearly and convincingly.
Requirements
- 0 to 1 years of experience in voice/semi-voice process in a non-tech role (prior part-time or full-time experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, pharmacy, or related field (preferred).
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Ability to persuade effectively and demonstrate empathy towards customers.
- Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
