Job Description

• Ensures day-to-day operations of the merchandising team.
• Keeps on track of the time attendance and route adherence for the merchandisers.
• Communicates price changes with both external and internal clients (internal departments).
• Ensures KA accounts customers receive deliveries as per the plan.
• Works closely with KA development team to execute the planogram and promotions plans.
• Prepares routine reports and meetings with the team and management.
• Manages the team’s KPIs as well as the department.
• Maintains records of all market visits with merchandising team to track their development.
• Trains, develops, and coaches merchandisers
