Overview

We are actively seeking passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher (Certified) to join our team in full-time, part-time, and virtual roles (including daytime and after-hours availability). Substitute opportunities are also available for those who prefer a more flexible commitment.

What You’ll Do

• Empower Students: Create individualized learning paths that support students’ unique needs and potential.
• Teach with Impact: Provide academic, social, and emotional instruction that builds confidence and character.
• Collaborate: Work closely with families, school personnel, and the Catapult Learning team to drive student success.
• Supportive Teaching: Utilize behavior support and intervention techniques to create a safe, positive classroom environment.
• Flexible Instruction: Opportunities to teach 1:1, small groups, and virtual sessions, depending on your availability and preference.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A current MA Teaching license in Moderate or Severe Disabilities is required
• An unwavering belief that all students can succeed.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to student growth.

Eligibility

• Cannot be a current Boston Public Schools (BPS) employee.

Pay Rate
