During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position:
Junior Brand Manager
for our Marketing Department
based in our headquarters in Kifisia
As a Junior Brand Manager, reporting directly to Senior Brand Manager, your mission is to support the development of the assigned brands through specific growth objectives.
What you will be doing:
- Support Senior Brand Manager in monitoring and evaluating market trends, competition activities, consumer, and channel trends & insights
- Contribute to the development of the annual business plan
- Support the design process and continuous follow up to annual brands digital calendar
- Implement the selected marketing activities in the most efficient way, emphasizing in digital and BTL activations
- Collaborate cross functionally and effectively handle communications with our advertising agencies for the proper and effective implementation of the marketing plans
- Follow-up on marketing activities, measure and evaluate 360 planning developments (including desk research, market intelligence, field visits)
- Manage the annual marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of A&P spend in collaboration with SBM
- Track brand performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales data, market share, and consumer insights.
- Evaluate and screen at initial stage of BTL / sponsoring proposals
- Handle all requests related to sponsorships / event implementation
- Handle quality control & consumers’ issues
What We Are Looking For
- BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- MSc will be considered an advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Proficiency in MS Office
- SAP basic knowledge will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written & oral
- Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities
- Strong digital capabilities with a digital-first mindset, staying ahead of emerging trends and tools
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with Nielsen databases is a plus
- Resourceful, creative, and innovative thinker, eager to take on diverse tasks and perform efficiently under tight deadlines
