About the Role

We are seeking a POC Data Analyst to join our dynamic pre-sales support team. In this role, you will collaborate with Business Consultants to provide data-driven insights, develop Proof-of-Concept (POC) supply chain models, and support tailored demonstrations for prospective clients. What You Will Do

• Analyze large and complex datasets to support the sales team in creating tailored demonstrations.
• Transform prospect data into Kinaxis Maestro-compatible tables for POC development.
• Build initial supply chain data models for POCs.
• Work closely with Business Consultants and prospective clients during the POC phase.
• Identify and troubleshoot missing or corrupt data to ensure data integrity.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or data-driven environment.
• Experience supporting pre-sales teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Teams) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, similar functions).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with MS Access databases and database structures.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, or data science concepts.
• Background in Supply Chain Planning, IT, or software industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field is a plus.
