Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire candidates across profiles based on requirements
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations
- Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics
