Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree. One year of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis.

Recruitment Notes

The incumbent will provide essential support to the procurement team by managing documentation, communication, and schedules throughout the procurement process. This position will manage a large volume of projects and deadlines, and will be responsible for distributing bid documents, managing Requests for Information (RFI), and preparation and distribution of the addenda as required. The role involves creating Due Diligence Reports, managing insurance requests and approvals, and preparing and routing Purchase Order packages, along with other tasks as assigned.
