Responsibilities
- Perform general receptionist and administrative duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage meeting room appointment schedules
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Provide tea service to clients and visitors
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent telephone manner, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Presentable, cheerful, and a good team player
