Description

To manage day-to-day issues, challenges, and support sales team on day to day activities. In addition to managing a book of business of key accounts.

  • Support sales team on daily issues, roadblocks from a process improvement working with the cross functional team.
  • Coaching sales team on sales activities/improving and coaching on sales presentations.
  • Tracking sales metrics
  • Providing necessary tools for sales team to achieve KPI/sales revenue number
  • Grow existing key accounts
  • Grow new and existing key accounts from an enterprise sales perspective
  • Work closely with SVP of Sales to increase communication effectiveness, close rate & strategy.
  • Report trends, market challenges/shifts to SVP to pivot accordingly.
  • Present, promote, and sell stock and custom products to new clients and established customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Coordinate sales and project efforts to project management and other internal department stakeholders as needed.
  • Track and analyze all opportunities.
  • Attend industry trade shows and travel to customers for product presentations that increase sales opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager or designee.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of successful sales team management.
  • Ability to motivate sales team
  • Proven track record in issues resolutions.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Clearly articulate cross functionally to provide solutions to challenges to success of sales team.
  • Exceptional “job hunting” skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience in selling high volume/low price point items.
  • History of responsibly and autonomously in the field.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • A passion to love your job and the industry.
  • Able to travel to customers and trade shows as required.
