Position Summary
Join us as we expand our cutting-edge Hematology marketing organization. We have an opening for an Executive Director, Abecma Brand Lead , this role will report directly to the Vice President US Head of Cell Therapy Sales & Marketing. This role will be responsible for delivering financial targets for brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve topline revenue and manage operating expenses within company ranges to achieve financial targets for the brand
- Lead the growth of Multiple Myeloma
- Provide strategic direction to the team, develop and lead customer marketing strategy across patient and professional
- Lead and partner with the cross functional teams to ensure strategic alignment for execution and achievement of brand goals(e.g., Medical Affairs, Market Access, OnmiChannel, WW)
- Partner with business insights, analytics to provide strategic input, grounded in internal/external customer insights
- Strategically evaluate the need for new resources to address a customer needs, in line with brand strategic imperatives
- Staff, develop and lead team performance
Qualifications & Experience
- 15 years of pharmaceutical experience with a background in marketing, sales, insight & analytics, and/or market access.
- Demonstrated track record managing a brand as a pharmaceutical marketer. Prior brand lead experience preferred.
- Track record for driving brand performance through collaboration and strategic thinking.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to diagnose issues, offer solutions and measure impact.
- Strong communication skills to provide expectations and strategic vision for other functions.
- Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrated learning agility and ability manage multiple tasks.
- Track record for driving results by staffing, building and leading teams.
- Proven team player with ability to navigate and collaborate cross functionally.
- High learning agility, sense of urgency, deep passion and accountability mindset required.
- US launch experience preferred, oncology/hematology experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
