Financial Assistant to CEO

This is a hands-on role , managing day-to-day accounting, creating automations, and providing daily insights to our CEO. Your expertise in NetSuite, along with a knack for AI and automation, will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Handle A/P, A/R, payroll, reconciliations, month-end/year-end close, financial statements, cash flow, and budgeting.
• NetSuite Mastery: Develop and maintain automations, optimize functionalities, and troubleshoot issues.
• E-commerce & CRM Integration: Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless financial integration between Shopify Plus, NetSuite, and HubSpot.
• AI & Automation: Leverage AI to streamline processes and improve accuracy in financial reporting.
• Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and insights to the CEO.
• Compliance & Improvement: Ensure compliance and continuously enhance internal controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with NetSuite, including workflow creation, automations, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Shopify Plus and HubSpot integrations.
• Strong background in accounting and financial management within a small business environment.
• Proven ability to create and deliver clear and concise financial reports for executive leadership
• A C1 level of English or higher is essential for this position, as you will be working closely with American colleagues.
