• Proven experience as a tyre fitter, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Expertise in various tyre fitting, balancing, and alignment techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints in a busy environment.
• Proficient in using all necessary equipment related to tyre fitting services.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
• Full UK Right to Work.
• Able to reliably commute to the Brooklands area.
• Confident talking direct to customers.
• Must have full UK driving Licence.

Key Responsibilities as a Tyre Fitter

• Conduct professional tyre fitting and repair services on a range of vehicles.
• Perform wheel balancing and alignment to ensure optimum vehicle performance.
• Inspect and assess tyre conditions to recommend repair or replacement.
• Maintain accurate records of all services provided.
• Ensure the workshop area is clean and organized, promoting a safe working environment.
• Liaise with the service team to ensure seamless communication with customers.
• Stay updated with industry developments and new technologies related to tyre fitting.
