The ideal candidate will lead the procurement process, ensuring we source the highest quality products at competitive prices while maintaining efficient stock control systems.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills who can manage supplier relationships and contracts, optimize purchasing processes, and ensure seamless integration with our e-commerce platform, Shopify.Key Responsibilities:Procurement Management:Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals.Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with reliable suppliers.Evaluate and manage supplier performance, ensuring adherence to agreements.Analyze market trends to inform purchasing decisions.Inventory & Stock Control:Oversee and optimize inventory levels to meet business needs.Implement and manage an inventory system, including creating and managing SKUs.Ensure smooth integration of inventory software with our Shopify platform for real-time stock tracking.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely deliveries.Provide insights and recommendations on inventory management to enhance operational efficiency.Requirements:Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement and stock control management.Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in procurement software and tools, with experience in inventory software integration (preferably with Shopify).EnglishChineseAdvanced skills in Excel and other inventory management programs.Prior experience in creating and managing SKUs.Strategic mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.Why Join Wolfiek Group?Be part of an innovative, forward-thinking team in a growing industry.Opportunities for professional growth and development.If you are a motivated professional ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!
