Job Description
We are looking for a qualified/experienced Saudi national candidate who would both be a good addition to our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to customers, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on order status.
Project Management: Assist in coordinating and managing sales-related projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively utilized.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
