CHI, Global MES PM Lead

We are seeking a MES PM Lead to join the team to be based in Jakarta. The lead will be supporting APAC MES delivery management & co-ordination, provide business analysis, system delivery and technology exploration.

Responsibilities

• Coordination & management of APAC technical teams in the development and implementation of all MES & production floor systems utilized in the capsule manufacturing network to support the CHI Automation & Digitalization roadmap.
• Lead technical delivery and management of MES & production systems delivery projects executed by APAC teams.
• Drive & support implementation of new technology and best practices within the area of MES & production systems.
• After implementation, provide support for installed systems.

Requirements

• Master degree in engineer or computer science
• 8-10 years application development and project management experience
• Strong communication skills to collborate cross functional stakeholders
• People management skills
• Budget management
