Alcott Global is retained to search for Continuous Improvement Leader for a global industrial leader with a revenue of roughly 2 billion.

The Continuous Improvement Leader will lead the company’s global Operational Excellence initiatives, driving transformational changes across manufacturing, supply chain, and broader business operations. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain, with a track record of implementing successful process improvements at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Develop and execute a global Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and embed Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies across all operational functions.
  • Identify and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, cost reduction, and operational agility.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring and coaching leadership and frontline teams.

Manufacturing & Supply Chain Optimization

  • Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline end-to-end processes.
  • Standardize best practices across global sites to improve production efficiency, inventory management, and supply chain resilience.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress on CI initiatives, ensuring tangible business impact.
  • Implement standardized operational excellence frameworks across multiple manufacturing sites to ensure consistency, scalability, and best practices adoption.

Change Management & Leadership

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to break down silos and integrate CI principles across departments.
  • Foster engagement with senior leadership to ensure alignment and sponsorship of CI initiatives.
  • Develop and lead training programs to upskill employees in Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Serve as a change agent, ensuring a structured approach to driving transformation and innovation.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a related function.
  • Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operations within a global organization.
  • Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, and other CI methodologies.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation projects with measurable business impact.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience with digital transformation, automation, and smart manufacturing technologies is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
