We are hiring an Appointment Setter to assist with managing customer appointments and inquiries. This role focuses on scheduling appointments for customer support consultations, demos, or follow-ups. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys managing calendars.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to schedule appointments for product demos, consultations, or support sessions.
  • Follow up on appointment confirmations and reschedule when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records in our system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and set the appropriate appointment.
  • Assist the customer support team by ensuring clients are booked in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars and reminders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or appointment scheduling is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple calendars.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
