What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit technical documents and manuals for various audiences
• Research and document technical specifications and test scripts
• Collaborate with technical staff to ensure accurate interpretation of complex data
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of documents while adhering to deadlines
• Manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of technical communication experience with a focus on customer needs
• Proficiency in writing, editing, and preparing clear technical guides and manuals
• Strong experience with MS Office and desktop publishing tools
• High standards of quality and attention to detail
