Overview

We are seeking a Product/Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, oversee product development cycles, and ensure timely project delivery while aligning with business goals and customer needs at Intuit.

Position: Product/Project Manager (Full-Time) Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver key projects on time and within budget
• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables while managing stakeholder expectations
• Oversee product development cycles from concept to release
• Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Foster collaboration among stakeholders across business, engineering, design, and marketing
• Prioritize features and changes based on customer feedback and business impact
• Ensure clear and effective communication with senior leadership and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or project management (technology/software development environment preferred)
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior management
• Proven track record of managing product/project lifecycles in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software development practices
