RN with exp in similar setting with cardiac patients/ triage and manage emergent and non emergent patient phone calls+msgs. Provides support to the healthcare providers, utilizing high level of critical thinking, assessment, coordination. Interpret complex info and guide patients/families to navigate the multiple services and communicate same. Perform duties in clinic with in-office procedures as well as clinical administrative tasks.
