- 2-3 years experience in B2B Direct Advertising Sales
- B2B Advertising sales such as Money Mailer, Grocery Store Advertising, Coupon Ad Sales.
- Management Experience
Duties, Expectations And Skills
- The main goal is to attract new local /regional advertisers & to close sales.
- Recruit, Hire, Train, Motivate and Manage a Sales Team of Independent Contractors
- Prospect, contact, present product to potential advertisers.
- Excellent organizational skills
- One Call Close Experience a Plus
- IT literacy
- Excellent communication @ interpersonal skills and should be able to connect, engage, and work well with a variety of personalities.

Compensation Range: MANAGER
- Based on experience: up to $100,000 salary annually + Commission +Bonus+ Override (Manager)
