About The Role
The specialist will be responsible for incident management and support of real-time drilling applications, wireline and production data. This position demands the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers and will challenge your ability to perform activities in a high-paced environment.
As a Data Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Creating wells in application(s), create users, add or update user rights, configure information feeds and troubleshoot real-time well data and Provide application support to customers via email and/or phone
- Tracking incidents and requests using the Baker Hughes management system and Troubleshooting or escalating issues to resolution
- Directing and interacting with customers to triage application-related issues and drive prompt resolution by working with teams involved in the process, Maintain, develop, and follow company standard operating procedures.
- Following all Knowledge-Centered Support processes and methodologies, Work with regional and global teams to ensure onboarding of new customers, ensure service continuity, and information security.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Have minimum 3 years of operational experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Demonstrate Professional in IT, systems, petroleum engineering and/or related fields
- Have Mastery of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
