What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Engage with residents, nursing facility staff, and responsible parties to resolve outstanding balances
• Manage aging accounts focusing on issues related to insurance coverage and claim rejections
• Communicate past due amounts effectively using established processes
• Process credit card payments and prepare/send collection letters
• Collaborate with management to develop effective collection strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years of experience in pharmacy or medical collections
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with billing rules and third-party operating procedures
• Ability to work positively and productively as part of a team
