About Your Role

Business Operations works across every part of the company, designing, building, operating business systems and data infrastructure to instrument business processes and business intelligence to enable the operations and growth of Juniper Square. As a Junior Architect in the Business Operations team, you will be designing and implementing SaaS applications and data solutions to empower the customer life cycle including design, development, rationalization and governance to meet both immediate and long term growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with organization leaders and SMEs to develop and execute forward thinking architecture that enables aggressive growth
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure architecture supports objectives and key results
    • Be the trusted expert to determine overall architecture principles, framework and standards
    • Have an expert understanding of Salesforce, CPQ, Marketo and supporting platforms, application capabilities and customer lifecycle and data structures
    • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences
  • Conceptualize technology enablement for current and expected operations
    • Synthesize input and perspectives of all relevant stakeholders
    • Identify opportunities to leverage data driven insights to shape secure and efficient architecture
    • Design solutions with a focus on the customer life cycle including Marketing, Sales, GTM, Customer Experience and Renewals.
    • Identify integration opportunities across platforms to enable a holistic and cohesive infrastructure
    • Effectively balance short- and long-term needs and tradeoffs between sophistication and expeditiousness
  • Manage solutions to implementation
    • Identify the most effective design or solution based on value and complexity
    • Effectively manage internal and external resources (architects, engineers, consultants)
    • Manage communication with all stakeholders
    • Comprehensively document solution concepts, plans, activities, operating procedures
  • Ensure successful technical operation of implemented systems
    • Contribute to user enablement with comprehensive solution documentation and with training content
    • Design solutions for routine operations, including cross-functional maintenance processes
    • Contribute to system management, including appropriate hands-on activities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of architecture and technical solution experience with Salesforce, Marketo, CPQ and other customer life cycle SaaS applications
  • 5+ years of direct or comparable experience in high-growth technology companies, with a demonstrated record of high-impact solutions (internal or external)
  • Expert experience in designing and managing complex SaaS platforms including Salesforce, CPQ and Marketo
  • High proficiency in program / project management, particularly in formulating and managing solution implementation roadmaps
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and partner with numerous stakeholders at all organizational levels

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $130,000 – $160,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
