The Music, Sports, and Entertainment (MSE) team is seeking a strategic and people-focused leader to oversee and develop a high-performing team of Executive Assistants.

About The Role

In this role, you will lead and mentor a growing team of Executive Assistants, fostering professional growth, ensuring operational excellence, and driving alignment between administrative support and organizational priorities. Your primary focus will be on talent development, team operations, and coaching—helping EAs elevate their impact, navigate complex priorities, and support their principals with excellence.

While EA experience is not required, a background in executive support is highly beneficial, as this role will step in to provide hands-on support during transitions, onboarding, or coverage needs.

How You Will Contribute

  • Team Leadership. Manage and mentor a team of Executive Assistants, focusing on talent development and professional growth. Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team environment that encourages entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Team operations and collaboration. Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the EA team. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align administrative support with broader business objectives.
  • EA Support. Step in to provide executive support during EA vacancies, executive transitions, shift in business needs, or urgent coverage needs. This may include calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and complex scheduling.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven leadership experience (5+ years) with a focus on coaching, developing talent, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Ability to assess, mentor, and grow administrative professionals to increase their impact and elevate executive support.
  • Strong operational and problem-solving skills, with experience streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Strategic mindset in managing time and priorities—both for executives and for the team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • EA experience or a background in executive support is highly valued but not required. Candidates with leadership experience in fast-paced, service-oriented roles (such as Chief of Staff, Office Manager, or Business Operations) are encouraged to apply.
  • Microsoft Office proficient: Word, Excel, Outlook (including expertise with Outlook’s calendar function), and PowerPoint.
