Job Description
The Analyst, Analytics and Insights will play a central role within the Analytics & Insights team. The candidate will support secondary analytics, market research projects and brand analytics to generate insights and actions across the Oncology portfolio.
This individual will work in a matrix team with Insights & Analytics, other business operations colleagues, and cross-functional partners to bring forth objective and strategic analysis of brand and market performance analytics. This position will report to the Director, Analytics & Insights.

- The candidate should be a highly collaborative, self-starter, team-oriented individual, who demonstrates strong attention to detail, with solid communication and analytical skills, including the ability to present to large audiences and leadership skills to initiate, oversee and drive impactful projects in a timely manner.
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate good judgment and have evidence of strong analytical, problem solving, strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills.
Essential Functions
This individual will:
- Track, QC and analyze key brand metrics nationally; providing the BU, marketing and sales leadership with key national-level data required to successfully manage the business
- Contribute to A&I team with analytical support, including: brand planning analysis, patient segmentation analyses, and other brand analyses as required for brand performance assessment/management
- Execute primary research tracking studies including ATUs, message recalls, and chart audits
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- BA or BS with a concentration in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics
- 1 years+ experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics
- Strong background in applications, including Tableau, MS Office and PowerBI
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to translate the data and learning into actionable recommendations for business growth
- Track record of being a collaborative team player, working in a fast-paced environment and adaptive to meeting the needs of a growing business

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $96,000.00 – $144,000.00
Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate’s expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.
At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company’s Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz’s Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
