We are looking for a warm and welcoming Waiter / Waitress to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional team at Parrillan Restaurant in the heart of London Bridge, London

Parrillan Borough Yards is an exceptional open fire, grill restaurant, serving the finest Spanish and British produce. The Chefs will cook over sustainably sourced olive and apple wood-fired grills. The bar will champion the best wine, seasonal cocktails and refreshing spritzes. The Restaurant has a Mediterranean Garden Terrace where guests can lounge and grill with their own Parrilas

The Waiter / Waitress Role

• Experience working as a Waiter or Waitress at a high quality Restaurant
• A kind, friendly and positive attitude
• Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
• Communicate effectively and clearly all times
• Be the face of a Group known for its’ warm welcome and guest care
• Managing and exceeding guest expectations
• Strong command of English language
• Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
• Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
• Interest and love for Spanish food and culture
• Passion for the Hospitality Industry and your own development is a must
