Role Overview
As a global, data- and technology-driven company, Numerator is embracing new opportunities and challenges in the markets in which we operate, while strengthening our core business of consumer panels. With multiple, complex, and global projects to deliver we are looking for a highly motivated individual to develop our India Regional Operations Centre (India ROC).
The India Operations Director reports to the Global ROC Director and will be part of the Global Regional Operations Centre Leadership Team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual lead the India ROC team, ensuring successful execution of work regionally and globally.
The Person will be focused in people management and continuously improve Operational processes to make them more efficient and consistent globally aligned, reliable and cost effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the Regional Operations Centre in India, based on the transfer of existing roles in the stakeholders countries. Implementing the processes, equipment and tools that provide a consistent and centralized data management process, aligned between ROCs, establishing it as the best way to deliver market-leading data to our clients globally.
- Support the Global ROC Director to define the best implementation plans to build the India ROC, and coordinate and liaise with Onshore stakeholders on ensuring correct and timely deliverables
- Contribute and support the Global ROC director to define an implement an effective measurement and management of India team capacity and performance with emphasis on transformation
- Overall, global leadership of India Regional Operations Centre; establishing and building a hard-working and highly engaged team of Operations experts that services stakeholders.
- Define plans to achieve assigned objectives, to ensure that it is recognized for the successful execution of work, regional and global.
- Align India ROC performance management to be consistent across different ROCs
- Collaboration across Numerator ROCs teams and local stakeholders to align on best practices, approaches, and tools for effective delivery of Operations tasks and projects.
Key Qualifications
- Relevant experience of 15+ years in handling large-scale operations.
- 5+ years of senior management/leadership experience is in handling large teams, hierarchies and functions.
- Should possess excellent communication (English language proficiency essential).
Specialist Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
- Proven experience in the management of regional teams and programmes. Exposure to global initiatives and experience in prioritisation and change management in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a client-centric culture where change is an integral part Business As Usual (BAU).
- Deep understanding of end-to-end Operations management techniques and tools and how to implement and leverage them for success.
- Proven experience in a regional data-driven and technology-driven environment
