Education
- Relevant Bachelors degree in business, engineering or IT
- Post graduate and/or other professional qualification is a strong differentiator
Experience
- At least 8 years in the financial services environment
- Proven track record of impactful leadership contributing to business success
- Exposure to an integrated IT operational environment
- Designing and leading continuous improvement projects
- Working within a diverse team with strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge And Skills
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Managing process and people to meet strategic objectives
- Demonstrates awareness of industry trends and opportunities and keeps up to date with competitor developments impacting area of responsibility
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office

, Duties and Responsibilities,
Be Responsible For The Following (but Not Limited To)
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Servicing, Business Development, etc.)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- Assist CEO in strategic intent, projects and implementation thereof
- Participate in expansion and business structural change and activities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop understanding of all business activities including exposure to product delivery to members
