Our Maintenance And Work Control Team, Is Seeking a Work Control Planner Who Will Be Responsible For, But Not Limited To The Following:
- Conducting walk-downs with bargaining unit employees, subject matter experts (SMEs) and field work supervisors to develop and plan work instructions for low-risk activities for nuclear facilities, D&D, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, construction or surveillance activities.
- Developing work instructions and assemble work packages for low-risk field work.
- Facilitating hazard analysis and planning meetings.
- Assisting in design change packages and troubleshooting as appropriate.
- Providing information to others in order to procure needed material, track, and control work packages.
- Coordinating input from craft and SMEs from multiple organizations involved with planning and completing field work and resolve work planning issues.
Basic Qualifications
- Intermediate Grade 15: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 3 or more years of relevant experience
- Career Level Grade 16: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5 or more years of relevant experience
The higher posted level has a greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate’s education, training, and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience performing work as a Work Control Planner or PM/S Coordinator.
- Familiar with the Job Control System (JCS).
Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate’s education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
- Intermediate Grade 15: $80,225 – $101,175
- Career Level Grade 16: $88,200 – $111,100
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
