Responsibilities
- Project and program coordination will be a significant part of the role, ensuring that timelines, processes, and deliverables are met for accurate and up-to-date content promotion across various platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels. Communicate regularly with Directors of Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, Sales, Rooms, Golf, Spa, etc. to determine marketing support needs
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Assist with the creation of engaging content for various marketing materials and collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Support the planning and execution of events and promotions
- Assist with media visits, influencer stays, site tours, and photo/video shoots, while ensuring that all marketing and brand initiatives comply with the resort’s standards
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new growth opportunities
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Facilitate the execution of social marketing program, in conjunction with communications manager, to support the overall marketing efforts for Terranea
- Assist in updating content on the resort’s website, ensuring information is current, relevant, and aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns
- Monitor and update the resort’s social media accounts, including responding to comments and engaging with the community to maintain a strong brand presence.
- Work with Department Directors to ensure sales and marketing tactics and strategies are disseminated and implemented as designed
- Manage and oversee weekly/monthly project updates, traffic reports and other reports as required
- Assist with guest communications to ensure that marketing messages align with guest expectations and experiences
- Manage the process of collecting primary and secondary data for the property customer database
- Keep current records of collateral inventory and update on a monthly basis
- Manage and track marketing budgets, prepare expense reports, and oversee invoice processing for the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure financial efficiency
- Potential for content creation for social media—including photography and videography—DOE

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, including Monday.com
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to tell a compelling story
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Collaborative mindset with a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and materials
- Guest-focused mindset with an understanding of target audience needs
- Goal-oriented approach to achieving marketing objectives
- Knowledge and 3-5 years experience in hospitality marketing preferred
Compensation
Base Pay Start Rate: $25/hr. – $30/hr.
