People Team Coordinator – EL SEGUNDO, CA – ONSITEÂ
As a People Team Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the People team, spanning Talent Acquisition, HR, and employee experience initiatives. Effective program coordination is essential for executing HR programs that meet the needs of the organization, ensuring that key milestones are met on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.Â
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative and have experience managing schedules and logistics in dynamic environments, ideally in aerospace or a related field. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced setting and work efficiently across various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR and talent-related programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance reviews, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, referring complex issues to senior HR staff or management as needed
- Manage candidate travel and reimbursement process
- Support and partner with Recruiters to provide high quality experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Support various projects  supporting the overall efficiency of the Human Resources department and day-to-day operations
- Perform regular audits of HR files and employee records to ensure compliance with organizational policies, state, and federal regulations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort and familiarity in dealing with highly confidential information
- Strong time management and project management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
