Job Description
We are looking for someone who has been exposed to a fast paced environment supporting exempt employees across the US and Canada primarily. This position will play a critical role by serving as a key business partner to work on people-related opportunities, resolve challenges and in paving the way for best-in-class employee experience. While you’re not expected to have all the answers, you are expected to be curious, ask for help, and use excellent judgment.
What you’ll do:
- Coach and advise managers and team members on a variety of topics impacting employee experience, including performance management, people and team dynamics, and employee relations concerns.
- Build relationships while modeling and inspiring a culture of mutual accountability, constructive collaboration, and high quality execution.
- Partner with teams to keep a pulse on what’s going on within their organizations and how this may impact the business
- Support in organizational-wide initiatives and projects, including workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Execute business practice/work process improvements to identify opportunities for leveraging and deploying our talent and ensure people-related initiatives have ROI that add to organizational value and output.
- Collaborate and partner with the broader People Ops team to roll out all key people processes around compensation reviews, DEI, benefits, and learning & development programs.
- Be a trusted advisor and partner on all people-related matters.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of HR business experience, ideally with at least 5+ years of experience as a strategic HR business partner in a scaling environment.
- Well-rounded experience with a variety of HR disciplines such as employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
- Experience supporting exempt and nonexempt employees.
- An ability to coach and influence leaders and employees.
- A deep level of curiosity and strong business acumen to be able to proactively connect the dots and make sound decisions using great judgment.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Nice to have: Experience working with employees based in Canada.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $124,400 USD – $166,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
