Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and standards.
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings, including first-angle and third-angle projections, dimensioning, and tolerances.
- Familiarity with machining processes, both conventional (lathe, milling, grinding, drilling, hexa) and non-conventional (EDM, EDM drilling, laser cutting, water jet cutting).
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Basic knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Understanding various joining methods such as riveting, welding, soldering, and temporary joints like fasteners.
- Knowledge of material properties under stress, including malleability, ductility, creep, and elasticity.
