Job Duties And Essential Functions
- Perform manual reconciliation of loan tracking data between two Excel worksheets and Jack Henry core banking server.
- Compare descriptions and amounts to ensure accurate matching of numbers for each fixed asset.
- Utilize Excel proficiently to assist in converting loan tracking data into Jack Henry core banking server.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of the reconciliation project.
- Document any discrepancies and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support organizational objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Working Conditions
- Air-Conditioned work environment.
- Consistent and timely attendance is required to ensure uninterrupted operational efficiency and exemplary service delivery.
Physical Demands
- Sit for extended periods of time.
- Walk, stand, bend, squat, twist, and reach.
- Simple grasping and fine manipulation.
- Extended keyboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Prior experience with fixed asset management or financial reconciliation.
