Job Description
Key Responsibilities Are
- 1st line support, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems
- Liaise with end-users to ensure issues are resolved
- Helpdesk support on a variety of back office applications
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- Set up new hardware and recycle old hardware
- Approve permission change requests and starter and leaver management
- Assist with the support of Active Directory
- Ensure licences are assigned and/or renewed as needed
- Assist with the roll-out of new applications
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers as needed
- Hardware Support – e.g. PCs, Laptops, printers, photocopiers, office moves etc.
- Management of Users/User Environment – Application management, network environment, PC and Desktop

The ideal candidate will be able to prioritise their own work load and adapt to any issues. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and the ability to build rapport with the rest of the business. You should be friendly and easy to talk to with effective communication skills.

- Office 365 Administration & Support
- Windows 10 & 11 Administration & Support
- Active Directory, Azure and Exchange Administration
- New user setups and mailbox creation (User Accounts, Microsoft 365)
- Good problem solving ability & excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a full driving licence as travel to other sites will be required
Qualifications / Education & Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computing or equivalent experience
- Experience using Office 365 administration
- 2 plus years experience in Technical Support Role
- Strong understanding of exchange online, SharePoint and One Drive
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD
Desirable Skills:
- Veeam backup
- Cisco Meraki (Router & Switches Configuration)
- VMware
