Porters are currently required for a busy Portering department. You will be responsible for providing a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors to help reduce healthcare associated infections. Rotational rota shift pattern required.

Previous Portering experience in an environment where Infection control standards, Knowledge of Clinical waste disposal Segregation is essential and Previous Experience in Customer service within a health care setting is desirable.

The ability to work as part of a team together with knowledge of specialist health and safety manual handling is essential for the role.

Ability to understand the role and responsibilities outlined within the job description is vital with unsocial hours/shift which is part of the rotational rota to support our service level agreement for clinical patient areas. Requirement to Completion all Learning is mandatory
