Clinical Research Data Coordinator
Job Description: The Clinical Research Data Coordinator will play a crucial role in the collection, coordination, processing, and quality control of clinical trial data. This position involves pre and post-research activities, both within and outside the clinical setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and management of data compliance across multiple research projects.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collect, coordinate, process, and maintain quality control of clinical trial data.
- Perform pre and post-research activities both in clinical settings and other environments.
- Ensure the proper implementation and adherence to data management protocols and compliance for multiple research projects.
- Work closely with supervisors and healthcare providers to identify data points and answer queries.
- Seek clarification on data entry requirements as needed, prioritizing work based on deadlines.
Position Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of medical/oncology terminology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, and various EDC systems, including Inform, TrialManager, Medidata, and RedCap.
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in life sciences or information systems, with experience in the health field preferred.
- Preferred 2-3 years of clinical/oncology experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, collaborating effectively with supervisors and providers.
