Our client, a distinguished U.S.-based law firm specializing in Family Law, Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Personal Injury, and Immigration, is seeking an Executive Assistant with an executive mindset to provide critical support to senior leadership. This role requires a highly proactive, strategic thinker who is a strong communicator and can act as a leader and enforcer when necessary. Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
- Some flexibility required for training sessions
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Strategically manage executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination
- Oversee and enforce business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Act as a key liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle document preparation, filing, and delegation of tasks with minimal supervision
- Draft, review, and manage legal contracts and confidential documents
- Provide strong administrative support, ensuring high-level organization and execution
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in office management, business administration, or as an executive assistant
- C2-level English proficiency (excellent communication skills required)
Preferred Skills:
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required
