About the Role
Mathnasium is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our leadership team and help build a strong, engaged workforce. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about people operations and HR processes. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring a seamless experience for employees from hiring to career development.
Location: Remote (U.S. Residents only)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist hiring managers with recruitment and onboarding to ensure a smooth experience.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide employee support.
- Maintain HR metrics, employee records, and performance tracking systems.

Salary: $44,000 – $52,000 per year.
Requirements
- Prior HR experience with a strong understanding of hiring, payroll, and benefits.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with leadership.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity or similar is a plus).
