Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and facilitate communication of planned transformation activities
- Administrative coordination for transformation activities including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items to ensure follow-up and completion
- Assist with testing of the project management tool, Project Online, as new capabilities are released
- Update training materials for project management processes as transformation activities are completed, ensuring team members are well equipped and trained
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of project status reports, presentations, and other communication materials for executive leadership.
- Support the daily operations of PMO activities, ensuring consistent progress and addressing any operational challenges
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and process enhancements within the PMO
- Other relevant tasks as needed
Basic Qualifications
- Current undergraduate college student with expected graduation date no later than May 2027
- Familiarity with general business software and tools (Microsoft Office, Adobe Software Suite, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities
- U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Working towards an undergraduate degree in business administration, project management, information technology, or other related discipline
- Understanding of project management methodologies

Pay Range
Pay Range $39,000.00 – $70,500.00
