Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy aligned with Axonius’ brand identity and business objectives.
- Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with our target audience across various social platforms.
- Collaborate with the brand, content and creative team to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all social media channels.
- Work closely with the content team to curate and promote valuable content that supports our marketing initiatives and thought leadership goals.
- Partner with the demand generation team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and goals.
- Define KPIs and monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and drive attainment to goals.
- Manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
- Collaborate with the internal comms team to highlight company news, employee achievements, and other initiatives that enhance company culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful organic social media strategies.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Axonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages. A candidate’s salary will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus.
Annual Salary Range (does not include bonus or equity)
$108,000—$120,000 USD
